USER AGREEMENT

Welcome to the web site ("Site") for Dogperch, Inc. This User Agreement, including our Privacy Policy, governs your use of the Dogperch Site.

You may link to the home page of the Dogperch Site as long as the link does not cast us in a false or misleading light. You may not frame the content of the Dogperch Site. You may not use metatags or any other "hidden text" that incorporates the Dogperch Trademarks or our name without our express written consent.

Links to Other Web Sites

The Dogperch Site contains links to the Web sites maintained by each of the Dogperch Businesses, their subsidiaries and our advertisers. Please note that each of the Dogperch Business Web sites are governed by its own user agreement and privacy policy, which may be different in some respects from the User Agreement and Privacy Policy governing this Dogperch Site. Governing Law

This User Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida applicable to contracts made and performed there without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the State of Florida and Putnam County and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend the Dogperch Site or terminate this User Agreement at any time without notice for any reason, including, in the case of the User Agreement, for your violation of any of its provisions. The Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability and Governing Law sections of this User Agreement shall survive any such termination.

Real Estate Listings

Dogperch the Site is not a licensed real estate agent or broker in any state, country, etc. where we can be found over the internet or via other media. We operate as an advertising site and are only a medium of information where property owners can advertise their property for sale. We do not negotiate nor suggest terms, pricing etc. for property owners. We in turn strongly remind all participants of this site that the purchase of real estate is a complex transaction and should only be undertaken by professionals and/or with the help of such professionals to facilitate such transactions. Such help can be found through local closing companies and attorneys and such help is highly valuable and should be a requirement for all real estate transactions that you undertake.

Real Estate Agents and Brokers

We at the Dogperch Site do not allow any real estate agent or broker to advertise any listings on the Dogperch Site that are not personally owned by such agent or broker. We want to make this very clear to such agents and/or brokers who do not adhere to this statement and let them know that any such unauthorized use of this site will be reported to your governing real estate board and/or broker. Real Esate agents and/or Brokers may advertise as an agent through our advertising link on this site.
